Iron Age designs and manufactures custom tree grates for unique site conditions, including nonstandard tree openings and large-format grate arrays. In-ground LED fixtures create columns of light, offering a unique nighttime experience for visitors. The cast iron grates with baked-on-oil finish were designed to weigh less than 70 lbs. each for ease of removal during maintenance. LOCATION: San Francisco, CA.
