MADE TO FIT YOUR DRAINS

Decorative Design Meets Standard Drain Bodies

Many Iron Age grates are intentionally sized to fit commonly used, pre-manufactured drain bodies. This allows designers to specify decorative trench and catch basin grates without the added cost or coordination required for custom frames.

By working within established drain body standards, projects move more smoothly from specification to installation. Coordination between disciplines is simplified, installation is more straightforward, and the risk of costly revisions or delays is reduced—helping teams stay aligned and projects stay on budget.

Search for Iron Age Grates “By Drain System”

To make product selection easy, our website includes a filter that allows you to search Iron Age grates by drain system, in addition to design and size.

In the Products section of the website, select a product category (such as trench grates or catch basin grates), then use the By Drain System filter to choose the manufacturer and drain body you are working with. The filter will display the Iron Age grates available to fit that drain body—making it quick and straightforward to confirm compatibility.

Please note that not every design is available in every size. Always use the Product Filter and review the detailed specifications on each product page to confirm availability for your selected drain body.

Ordering Other Manufacturer’s Drain Bodies

Iron Age focuses primarily on the grate portion of the drainage system. In most cases, we do not sell other manufacturers’ drain bodies and recommend sourcing them locally through your preferred supply house or directly from the manufacturers listed below.

That said, for customers who prefer a more streamlined approach, Iron Age can also help coordinate complete drainage solutions. Through our distributor network, we can provide select drain bodies from ANRIN™, MEA®, and NDS®, packaged with compatible Iron Age grates—simplifying specification, sourcing, and coordination.
